We are a small group of people, young and old, who love the Lord Jesus Christ, and seek to base the whole of our belief and practice on the teaching of the Bible. Our aim is to explain clearly the message of the Bible; this can be summed up in the words of John chapter 3, verse 16:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
We preach Christ crucified - to the glory of God, the salvation of the lost, and the edifying of believers. The great need of our day is for people to hear the Word of God. Romans chapter 10, verse 17 states:
“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”
As a church, we maintain links with and support missionaries preaching the gospel and translating the Bible in many places around the world:
Our worship on the Lord's Day follows a traditional pattern of prayer, hymns (Grace Hymns), Scripture reading (AV), and systematic expository preaching.
